We spoke with HUASOPEEK after a big upset win to open up Thunderpick World Championship 2026. He gave his post match MVP vote and which team they want to upset next.
I think today we played like a team the past matches. I think we don’t play together with good communication and today I think we. We play like all we need to play or win these matches.
Talk us through the map draft as well. Were you guys worried about their Nuke pick?
No, no, we don’t worry about that. I think Nuke is a good map of us. So yesterday we know they can pick. That’s two or no. So we come to the match ready for a nuke and yeah, we win 13-1.
On that defense side, what was the tipping point where you knew you were in a really favorable position?
I think the CT side. We really play aggressive. You know another match I think we play against them in Cologne and we lose Nuke. I think we changed a lot of the CT side. We are playing more aggressive, doing good plays. So I think that help us for win.
This is a really big win to pick up. You guys previously beat Vitality as well this year. Who do you think is the next top team that should be worried if they have to face you?
I think Falcons. Probably tomorrow we are going to play against Falcon and it’s a good. It’s a good match for keep the level like you have today. I think if we keep that level, we going to win tomorrow.
If you were to pick a match MVP for this first match, who would you pick?
luchov, I pick him because he do a lot of plays good and in front of him he win two very round important. So yeah, I pick for.
