Our Predictions For ESL Impact Season 6 Finals
The eight teams competing are closely matched in their current world rankings, but some are clear favorites with a history of success. However, every team has a shot at lifting the trophy, so making accurate predictions is pretty challenging! But we’re excited to rise to the challenge to bring you our top four predictions for the finals.
Please note: Our predictions consider the latest HLTV rankings, Valve rankings, roster changes and additions, matchup history, stats, current team/player form, and a healthy dose of the author’s expert opinion. Past performance, however, does not guarantee future outcomes. You should not interpret this analysis as betting advice to act upon. Always gamble responsibly.
Imperial fe
Imperial fe’s roster consists of the best female players in Counter-Strike history. Four of the five players have won all the ESL Impact League seasons thus far, except for Swedish rifler zAAz, who won the previous season shortly after joining the squad. With Romanian AWPer ANa wielding the “Big Green” and long-time Russian teammate Tory calling the shots on the server, Imperial fe seems unstoppable.
Imperial fe roster:
- Ana “ANa” Dumbravă
- Alexandra “twenty3” Timonina
- Katarína “Kat” Vašková
- Zainab “zAAz” Turkie
- Viktoria “Tory” Kazieva (IGL)
- Kamen “bubble” Kostadinov (Coach)
If the roster looks familiar, it’s because these were the dominant Nigma Galaxy players (except zAAz) who won ESL Impact League Season 1, 2, 3, and 4. Since May 25, 2024, they’ve been competing and demolishing opponents under the Imperial fe banner. The squad added Romanian coach Kamen “bubble” Kostadinov on Nov. 7, 2024, roughly two weeks before the event begins, marking the only change since their ESL Impact League Season 6 win.
FURIA fe
Eyes are on FURIA fe as the highest-ranked squad in the event. They signed their latest addition, Argentinian entry fragger lulitenz, on June 25, 2024, boosting their firepower. The latest odds indicate that FURIA fe should make it to the grand finale, but will the Brazilian side rise to the occasion or crack under pressure? We can’t wait to find out!
FURIA fe roster:
- Karina “kaahSENSEI” Takahashi
- Gabriela “gabs” Freindorfer
- Bruna “bizinha” Marvila
- Lucia “lulitenz” Dubra
- Izabella “izaa” Galle (IGL)
- Jhonatan “jnt” Silva (Coach)
FlyQuest RED
As the only team from North America competing in the event, FlyQuest RED holds the hopes of an entire region on their shoulders. French IGL Kaoday makes the calls on the server and takes up the AWPer position, and she’s looked to have the confidence to aim for a podium position.
FlyQuest RED hopes to bounce back after a disappointing 7th/8th place finish at ESL Impact League Season 5. Consider this our bold prediction.
FlyQuest RED roster:
- Mounira “GooseBreeder” Dobie
- Vivienne “BiBiAhn” Quach
- Emma “emy” Choe
- Vanessa “vanessa” Gideon
- Coline “Kaoday” Le Floc’h (IGL)
- Luca “Munstur” Ioanițiu (Coach)
NAVI Javelins
As the all-female squad for one of the most recognizable esports organizations in the world, the NAVI Javelins are “born to win,” and their current form indicates they can go all the way. Three squadmates and the coach have been together since early to mid-2022, save for Portuguese rifler D7 and French IGL ASTRA, who joined the team on Aug. 2, 2024.
ASTRA led the LHC squad to a second-place finish at ESL Impact League Season 5, losing to Imperial fe in the grand finale. In Season 6, ASTRA and the NAVI Javelins may just lift their first trophy.
NAVI Javelins roster:
- Wiktoria “vicu” Janicka
- Angelika “Angelka” Kozłowska
- Hanna “Hanka” Pudlis
- Marta “D7” Asensio
- Mayline “ASTRA” Champliaud (IGL)
- Adrian “AlcesT” Chyziak (Coach)
