Our Predictions For LCK Summer 2024

Need help with your LCK Summer 2024 bets? Our analysis of the top LoL teams may offer valuable insights to guide your decisions.

Important: These predictions reflect the perceived strength of teams based on historical trends and the latest available odds. This analysis should not be interpreted as betting advice. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. Always gamble responsibly.

1. Gen.G Esports

With their recent triumph at MSI 2024, Gen.G has already secured a spot at Worlds, setting their sights on becoming back-to-back LCK champions. The acquisition of juggernauts Kiin, Canyon, and Lehends has transformed the Korean powerhouse into a true force, dominating both the domestic and international stages.

However, it’s no surprise that Gen.G is in such a strong position. Chovy (5.9 KDA) is widely regarded as the best League player globally, leading the team with exceptional plays. Similarly, Peyz (6.7 KDA) continues to shine as a consistent and reliable ADC, standing as a pillar of strength for the team. Kiin (4.1 KDA) and Canyon (5.6 KDA) have excelled in their respective lanes, performing extremely well at the Spring Playoffs and MSI earlier this year.

Gen.G is poised to clinch the top spot in the LCK Summer 2024 and enter Worlds as a top contender, ready to cement their legacy among the greats.

Gen.G Esports roster:

  • Kim “Kiin” Gi-in
  • Kim “Canyon” Geon-bu
  • Jeong “Chovy” Ji-hoon
  • Kim “Peyz” Su-hwan
  • Son “Lehends” Si-woo

2. T1

It’s almost unthinkable to exclude T1 from the top-2 contender conversation. Despite finishing 2nd in the last four splits, the Korean giants are determined to halt Gen.G’s dominant run. As the reigning champions of Worlds 2023, T1 will undoubtedly be looking to make a statement at LCK Summer 2024.

In terms of their form, Gumayusi (4.9 KDA) and Keria have proven to be a powerful duo with immense carry potential, earning them the reputation as the best bot lane in the LCK. Meanwhile, the legendary mid laner Faker (4.2 KDA) continues to be a consistent talent, delivering stellar performances when needed.

Although Zeus has had some underwhelming moments in the top lane, T1 still possesses the tools to challenge Gen.G, provided they address the minor mistakes that have cost them early leads in previous encounters. With their championship pedigree, T1 remains a serious threat to all in the LCK.

T1 roster:

  • Choi “Zeus” Woo-je
  • Moon “Oner” Hyeon-joon
  • Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok
  • Lee “Gumayusi” Min-hyeong
  • Ryu “Keria” Min-seok

3. Hanwha Life Esports

The odds suggest that Hanwha Life has a strong chance of securing a top-3 finish at LCK Summer 2024. That said, the team’s win condition primarily hinges on the exceptional performances of bot Viper (6.9 KDA) and mid Zeka (6.0 KDA), both of whom possess incredible mechanical skills and decision-making abilities.

However, if the rest of the team lags, it may be challenging for Viper and Zeka to carry the team to victory. While Doran (3.3 KDA) holds his own in the top lane, he faces stiff competition from top-tier players like T1’s Zeus or Gen.G’s Kiin. Similarly, Peanut’s (5.2 KDA) inconsistency could pose a major challenge.

These factors suggest that HLE needs to be at peak form if they hope to secure a spot at Worlds. To improve their odds of success at LCK Summer 2024, the team should work on the synergy between their star players and the rest of the roster.

Hanwha Life Esports roster:

  • Choi “Doran” Hyeon-joon
  • Han “Peanut” Wang-ho
  • Kim “Zeka” Geon-woo
  • Park “Viper” Do-hyeon
  • Yoo “Delight” Hwan-joong
