TERMS & CONDITIONS: SPINOLEAGUE 2025 (STAGE 7)

1. General Information

• Promotion Name: Spinoleague 2025 – Stage 7
  
• Promotion Dates: From November 27, 2025, until January 14, 2026.
  
• Stage 7 Prize Pool: €2,400,000.
  
• Total Rounds: This stage consists of 7 rounds.
  

2. Qualification and Participation

• The tournament is available during real-money play only.
  
• The minimum qualifying bet per spin to participate will be indicated in the tournament tool.
  
• No additional deposits or costs are required to participate.
  
• Only finished spins/bets will qualify for the Leaderboard.
  

3. Scoring Mechanism

• Points are calculated based on the following formula: Amount Won / Amount Wagered = Points.
  
• Example: If you wager 1 EUR and win 10 EUR, you will be rewarded with 10 points.
• The more points a player collects, the higher the player’s position on the tournament leaderboard.
  

4. Tournament Structure and Rules

• The Spinoleague is divided into tournaments, each comprising several rounds and a final “Super Round”.
  
• Every round offers its own prize pool.
  
• Leaderboard Reset: At the end of each round, the Leaderboard will reset.
  
• Max Bet Limit: Each round has a “Max Bet Limit” indicated in the tournament tool. Bets in excess of this limit will not be counted towards the score.
  
• Tie-Breaker: If two or more players have the same number of points at the end of a round, the player who reached the points first will be ranked higher.
  
• Buy Features: During a “Buy Feature” or “Buy Bonus“, all awarded spins are deemed as one spin. For points calculation, the wager amount is the Buy Feature price, and the win amount is the total won therein.
  
• Free Spins: Free spins awarded during regular gameplay are considered one bet and only reward points if awarded within the Max Bet Limit. Wins from free spins awarded by the operator as a bonus do not qualify.
  

5. Score Multipliers

• Players may multiply their share of a tournament’s prize pool by 2x – 20x by reaching certain score thresholds on the Leaderboard.
  
• Specific thresholds are detailed in the tournament tool set for each round.
  

6. Eligible Games

1. Spinomenal’s entire portfolio of slot games (including new releases) participates in the tournament, except for “1 Reel” games and specific exceptions listed in the game lobby.
   

7. Prize Distribution

• Prizes will be awarded to winners by Thunderpick manually and distributed to the winners’ real balance (without wagering) within 72 hours of the tournament’s official conclusion.
• Prizes for players playing with Cryptocurrencies will be displayed in EUR.
  

8. General Terms and Conditions

1. We reserve the right to void points or withhold prize payments if any part of the achieved score results from an obvious error, mistake, or technical fault (including incorrect game payouts), whether caused by a system or human error in any tournament game.
2. We further reserve the right to void points or withhold prize payments if, in our judgment, any part of a score was achieved through cheating or collusion with other players.
3. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tournament at any time.
