We spoke with latto after their 2-0 win over PARIVISION. The team looked in control despite both maps going the distance, finishing in overtime for map 2. He spoke on what making Top 3 at TWC 2026 would mean to the team and the rivalry with FURIA.

What is it that helps your team actually keep composed when the momentum starts to turn?

One, I think everybody stay very patience with patience and only look at what Art want to do and that’s it. I think we have a lot of resilience, so I think it’s the difference to close the maps.

Do you find that the kind of more aggressive style that your team brings helps you kind of break those ties?

I think depends on the team, but we look how they are playing and we try to change our game to play the overtime, so I think that’s it.

Starting off 1-0 is a great start for these kind of like GSL style ones. Are you confident the team will be able to push this forward to a 2-0 finish and like first seed out of group B?

I think, but I think yes, because it’s very good to start the tournament winning a match. But I think we need to look forward because we have a very good opponent against. Maybe tomorrow will be a match against FURIA. But of course, I think we start more mentally stronger, you know, is facing.

A team like FURIA that obviously, you know, defending champions, one of like the best Brazilian teams. Is there like an extra bit of like regional pride that comes into those matches or is it just the same as any other team?

No, I think we have a different kind of mentality in the game because we are playing against our best team in Brazil. So we want to win. We want her to show we can. We can be the best team in Brazil. So I think every time it’s a very, very nice match because we have a lot of rivalry, I think.

Thunderpick has been a pretty good series for Legacy historically; what would it mean to be able to make it to the Top Three this year?

Of course, I think will be amazing because we want to be more consistency in the tournaments. So we are preparing to the major. We are thinking in the major. So if we can win or we can go to the playoffs and finals in this tournament will be very nice for us.

Awesome. And as a fun one, if you got to play with another player from any team, which player would you pick from another team to play with?

Oh, donk bro. I only say go donk. Go kill bro. Kill everybody. Enemy one. That’s it. Awesome.

Thank you for your time. Congrats on the win and Good Luck Tomorrow

Thank you.
