BLAST Slam VI Schedule & Format

BLAST Slam VI runs from Feb. 3–15, 2026, initially taking place online (Group Stage and Play-Ins) and later culminating in front of a live audience at the BLAST Arena Studios in Attard, Malta (Playoffs).

The Group Stage (Feb. 3–5) follows a single round-robin format, with 12 Dota 2 pro teams playing best-of-ones against each other.

Teams placed 1st–2nd receive a bye directly to the Playoff Semifinals, while those placed 3rd–8th move into the Play-Ins (Feb. 6–8). The remaining 9th–12th place teams drop into the Last Chance Playoff bracket.

Higher-seeded teams (3rd–6th) will face lower-seeded teams or the Last Chance winners. The victors will claim the remaining Playoff spots, and all remaining competitors will be eliminated.

The Playoffs (Feb. 13–15) run as a single-elimination bracket. All games will be played as a best-of-three series, except the Grand Final, which is a best-of-five. From that point on, it’s a straight all-or-nothing brawl for the BLAST Slam VI title.

Our Predictions For BLAST Slam VI

Here are our predictions of the top teams competing at BLAST Slam VI.

Important: These predictions reflect the perceived strength of teams based on historical trends and the latest available odds. This analysis should not be interpreted as betting advice. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. Always gamble responsibly.

Tundra Esports (#1)

With four straight BLAST Slam titles already under their belt, it comes as no surprise that Tundra Esports is among the favorites to lift the Slam VI trophy.

Although they only finished 7th–8th at The International 2025 (albeit with a stand-in), Tundra still enjoyed a dominant season last year. They placed top 3 at nearly every Tier 1 event and even outplayed TI14 champions Team Falcons in the BLAST Slam V Grand Final.

Appearing less dominant in the second half of 2025 amid post-TI roster changes, both Pure and Ari are settling into the new lineup. Most notably, Pure has been in blistering form, with his lane alongside Whitemon shaping up as one of the strongest lane duos in the meta.

Tundra Esports roster:

  • Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko
  • Bozhidar “bzm” Bogdanov
  • Neta “33” Shapira (Captain)
  • Matthew “Ari” Walker
  • Matthew “Whitemon” Filemon
  • David “MoonMeander” Tan (Coach)

Team Falcons (#2)

Team Falcons stand among the top contenders at BLAST Slam VI. They may also be the only actual rival to Tundra’s seemingly unshakable dominance at BLAST events.

The TI14 champions enter with a stable core that includes skiter, ATF, and Malr1ne. Notably, skiter’s value stems from his exceptional adaptability and mechanical mastery across a deep hero pool, while ATF (arguably the best Dota 2 player right now) and Malr1ne bolster an already frightening lineup with incredible on- and off-meta plays.

There’s really nothing stopping Team Falcons from locking in a podium finish.

Team Falcons roster:

  • Oliver “skiter” Lepko
  • Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak
  • Ammar “ATF” Al-Assaf (Captain)
  • Andreas “Cr1t-” Nielsen
  • Wu “Sneyking” Jingjun
  • Kurtis “Aui_2000” Ling (Coach)

Team Spirit (#3)

Team Spirit is our #3 pick to lift the BLAST Slam VI trophy, but make no mistake, these juggernauts have every bit of firepower to contend for the top spot.

Built around an elite core of Yatoro, Larl, and Collapse, Team Spirit has looked revitalized since handing the captaincy to Panto. That decision already paid dividends at DreamLeague Season 27, where they stormed the Group Stage 5–1 and swept Xtreme and PARIVISION (twice) en route to the Grand Final.

Though they lost 3–1 to Team Yandex to take 2nd place, Spirit’s performance was enough proof that they’re back in business. That resurgence is even more impressive after benching Miposhka and Satanic, and after coach Silent moved to the inactive roster.

Team Spirit looks every bit as dangerous as the market’s top contenders heading into BLAST Slam VI.

Team Spirit roster:

  • Illya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk
  • Denis “Larl” Sigitov
  • Magomed “Collapse” Khalilov
  • Alexandr “rue” Filin
  • Nikita “panto” Balaganin (Captain)
  • TBD (Coach)
