Our Picks For Best Moments From VALORANT Game Changers

While there were many unforgettable moments at GCC 2025, we’ve done the impossible by selecting only the best plays from the tournament. Make no mistake: these VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2025 highlights are a mere snapshot of what was absolute cinema from start to finish.

Liquid Brazil And G2 Gozen Go The Distance In Upper Semifinal

Team Liquid Brazil (TLV) and G2 Gozen delivered what was arguably the most insane Semifinal at the event, trading brutal stomps before an all-timer decider. TLV opened with a dominant 13–3 win on Haven, powered by show-stopping plays from IGL daiki (253 ACS) and bizerra’s (245 ACS) Breach-Sova duo and flawless post-plants.

G2 hit back on Corrode, taking the Brazilians down 13–2 after multiple coordinated retakes by Vania’s off-meta Brimstone pick and dominance. Split was a slugfest that went the distance. While G2 Jelly’s Op buy found three kills in OT, it was ultimately daiki’s clutch 1v3 that closed the series 14–12 for TLV.

MIBR GC Steamroll KRÜ BLAZE With Monster Sweep

MIBR GC delivered on all fronts at the GCC 2025 Lower Semifinal, sweeping KRÜ BLAZE 2–0 in an epic LATAM showdown. After beating EMEA giants Gozen, the Brazilians seized an early 6–1 lead on Pearl, before confidently closing the map 13–6 following masterclass plays from IGL meL (20 kills), sRn (13 kills), and sayuri (20 kills).

Bind ended with a less dominant victory, with KRÜ initially tying the map 6–6. However, MIBR quickly regained control mid-game and made KRÜ’s attack almost impossible in the second half, eliminating any chance of a decider. The series produced countless highlight-reel moments, with multiple 3Ks and 4Ks posted from both teams.

Team Liquid Brazil Topple Shopify For Grand Finals Spot

TLV put the Shopify Rebellion Gold (SRG) three-peat dream in jeopardy after sending the defending champs to the Lower Bracket. In what was a grueling 2–1 Upper Final, the Brazilians finally had revenge following their heartbreaking 3–2 loss at GCC 2023, with IGL daiki posting 54 kills and 145 ADR.

Liquid Brazil opened strong on Haven with a 14–12 lead in OT, but dropped Pearl 10–13 to force a decider. On Sunset, TLV pushed ahead 7–2 before SRG tied the score 7–7 in the second half behind sarah’s clutch 1v3 pistol. However, a decisive Round 17 gave TLV the momentum to close the series 13–7 and lock in a Grand Finals spot.

Shopify Deletes MIBR In GCC Rematch

As we predicted, SRG reached their third consecutive final after beating MIBR 3–1 in spectacular fashion. The opening match on Pearl was tightly contested, with SRG leading the initial rounds with strong post-plants. While they lost momentum to MIBR, they mounted a gritty 13–11 comeback.

MIBR GC took full advantage of their map pick, going 13–6 on Split, thanks to explosive plays from srN, who racked up 20 kills (303 ACS, 207 ADR). The North American side responded on Corrode by erasing a 6–0 deficit to tie the half before dodonut’s Waylay went on a rampage to close the map 13–7.

Abyss was a nail-biting affair. SRG dominated the first half, leading the scoreline 8–4 after dodonut’s Yoru clinched a massive 16 kills. MIBR hit back after the swap, but sarah’s Sova proved too much to handle. SRG closed the series 13–11 and booked a spot against TLV in the GCC 2025 Finals.

Team Liquid Brazil End Redemption Arc As VALORANT GC Champions

TLV stole the show after capping off a historic run in Seoul, defeating back-to-back champions SRG 3–2 and capturing the first-ever VALORANT Game Changers Championship trophy for Brazil. Their victory, while long overdue, was hotly contested across a full five-game series, with both teams trading momentum throughout.

SRG opened strong on TLV’s Haven map pick, beating the Brazilians 13–11. But Liquid responded on Pearl by flipping the scoreline 13–11, backed by joojina’s 23 kills on Astra (253 ACS). Although SRG led the first half of Bind 9–3, TLV mounted an insane defensive comeback and went 10–1 after the swap to close the map 13–10.

After a dominant 13–6 victory by SRG on Sunset, TLV were forced into a Split decider. Liquid Brazil’s double-Duelist comp proved catastrophic for Shopify’s attack, though the North Americans managed to even the scoreline by round 16. However, TLV’s aggression was too much, and they closed the series 13–8 to claim the crown.

Team Liquid Brazil Roster & MVP

After failing to qualify for GCC 2024 and finishing as runners-up at GCC 2023, TLV hit back with an explosive campaign. They dropped only four maps to clinch the 2025 VALORANT Game Changers Championship trophy, which also marked the end of their redemption run.

The Brazilian side’s IGL Natália “daiki” Vilela (1.17 rating) was named the GCC 2025 MVP, boasting an incredible 1.22 K-D, 215 ACS, and 133 ADR.

Team Liquid Brazil roster:

  • Vitoria “bizerra” Vieira
  • Isabeli “isaa” Esser
