BLAST Bounty Season 1 Finals Schedule & Format
Eight teams will compete for their share of the $500,000 prize pool at the BLAST Studios venue in Copenhagen, Denmark, from Jan. 23 to 26. The format is an exciting single-elimination bracket with no room for error. Semifinals and Quarterfinals matches are best-of-three, while the Grand Final is a best-of-five slugfest.
This season of BLAST Bounty 2025 features a dynamic prize pool. Teams earn “bounties” by defeating one another. At participation confirmation, initial team bounty values are based on Valve’s Global Standings (VGS). The tournament organizers have created an official video explaining the bounty system.
Teams can guarantee 50% of the total bounty from a match, and the other 50% carries over to the next game, which will, in turn, be added to the winning team’s bounty. Use the Bounty Simulator and Leaderboard to stay updated on the evolving team bounty values.

Our Predictions For BLAST Bounty Season 1 Finals
With many roster changes in the off-season—known as “rostermania” to CS2 esports fans—anything can happen during this tournament. Every team on the schedule has valid claims to the throne, making the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 1 event both thrilling and unpredictable. But hey, the challenge is what makes this so fun! Let’s get to it.
Important note: To predict the outcome of BLAST Bounty Season 1 Finals, we considered HLTV and Valve’s rankings, Stage 1 performance, current team form, historical stats, and recent roster changes. Past performances do not guarantee future results. Our predictions and analysis should not be considered betting advice to act upon. Always gamble responsibly.
Team Spirit
Team Spirit is the squad to beat heading into the BLAST Bounty Season 1 Finals. According to HLTV, they’re the #1 ranked team in the world, with Valve’s ranking placing them at #2. They had no roster changes in the off-season, and they demolished Fnatic and FlyQuest with clean 2-0 wins in Stage 1 of the BLAST Bounty Season 1 event.
Star rifler Danil “donk” Kryshkovets is in top form, a frightening thought for any squad going up against Team Spirit, especially considering he won Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Opener of the Year at the HLTV Awards. Their opponents will need to shut down the young prodigy if they want to have any chance of winning the trophy.
Team Spirit roster:
- Danil “donk” Kryshkovets
- Dmitriy “sh1ro” Sokolov
- Boris “magixx” Vorobyev
- Myroslav “zont1x” Plakhotja
- Leonid “chopper” Vishnyakov (IGL)
- Sergey “hally” Shavayev (Coach)
Team Vitality
Many fans consider Robin “ropz” Kool one of the best CS2 players in the world, and Team Vitality made headlines when they signed the Estonian rifler to replace Lotan “Spinx” Giladi. Their opening matches of BLAST Bounty Season 1 saw ropz hit the ground running with strong performances against Metizport and Virtus.pro for 2-0 wins.
With ropz’s strong start and ZywOo’s incredible form, Team Vitality feels like a lock for one of the top spots in this tournament.
Team Vitality roster:
- Robin “ropz” Kool
- Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut
- Shahar “flameZ” Shushan
- William “mezii” Merriman
- Dan “apEX” Madesclaire (IGL)
- Rémy “XTQZZZ” Quoniam (Coach)
NAVI
Ranked #3 in the world, NAVI is another solid choice to win it all. After all, Aleksib did win the IGL of the Year award at the HLTV Awards, while B1ad3 won Coach of the Year, jL won Closer of the Year, and the squad won Team of the Year. That’s a lot of gold!
Given their numerous trophies and awards, it’s no surprise NAVI kept their roster intact during the off-season. In the online portion of this event, the team sent Imperial Fe and Astralis packing with a pair of 2-0 wins. We expect NAVI to make it to the top four and possibly win the tournament.
NAVI roster:
- Valerij “b1t” Vakhovsjkyj
- Justinas “jL” Lekavičius
- Mihai “iM” Ivan
- Ihor “w0nderful” Zhdanov
- Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen (IGL)
- Andrij “B1ad3” Ghorodensjkyj (Coach)
G2 Esports
While G2 Esports lost Nikola “NiKo” Kovač to Team Falcons during the off-season, they’re still considered the top team in the world per Valve’s rankings and #2 according to HLTV. That’s partially due to wunderkind m0NESY, who won the AWPer of the Year award and continues to top the leaderboards on most maps.
G2 Esports showed nerves of steel in Stage 1 of the event, reverse-sweeping B8 in the Round of 32 and BIG in the Round of 16 to qualify for the LAN finals. There are some cracks in the crew’s armor, but if the new addition, HeavyGod, can enable malbsMd to shine on the server and moNESY keeps playing this well, they can win the entire event.
G2 Esports roster:
- Nemanja “huNter-” Kovač
- Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov
- Mario “malbsMd” Samayoa
- Nikita “HeavyGod” Martynenko
- Janusz “Snax” Pogorzelski (IGL)
- Wiktor “TaZ” Wojtas (Coach)
Despite pulling off a fantastic reverse sweep against Team Liquid, HEROIC barely missed our top-four list. That’s because Andrey “tN1R” Tatarinovich cannot attend the LAN event due to visa issues, with Pavle “Maden” Bošković stepping in as a last-minute replacement.
Prepare To Blast Off
The hype is real heading into the BLAST Bounty Season 1 Finals. In addition to featuring the top CS2 teams battling it out, the tournament is the first S-Tier LAN event of the year.
