BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 Finals Schedule & Format
The BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 Finals takes place at the BLAST Arena Studios in Malta from Aug. 14 to 17. With a single-elimination bracket format, the event offers no second chances, creating a nail-biting atmosphere on LAN.
The four lower-seeded teams choose their opponents from the higher-seeded teams for the Quarterfinals matches, and the remaining teams are re-seeded for the Semifinals based on the opponents they eliminate. Quarterfinal and Semifinal matches are best-of-three, and the Grand Final is best-of-five.

Prize Pool Distribution
There is no precise prize pool distribution at BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2. Teams are competing for their share of $500,000 and as the tournament name suggests, the participants earn “bounties” by defeating one another.
Initial team bounty values are based on VRS standings. When scoring a win, teams guarantee themselves 50% of the total bounty from a match, while the other 50% carries over to the next match, which is added to the winning team’s bounty.

Our Predictions For BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 Finals
To make our BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 Finals predictions, we conducted thorough research, analyzing the performances of competing teams during the Closed Qualifier matches, the impact of recent roster changes, tournaments such as IEM Cologne 2025, expected team form, and head-to-head stats.
Important: These predictions reflect the perceived strength of teams based on historical trends and the latest available odds. This analysis should not be interpreted as betting advice. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. Always gamble responsibly.
Team Spirit
Few teams can match the firepower of Team Spirit, especially when competing on LAN. During the online Closed Qualifiers, this squad pulled off a reverse-sweep on Passion UA in the Round of 32 and beat G2 Esports 2-1 to make it to the Finals. For many viewers, this performance could indicate weakness. However, both matches showed AWPer sh1ro in renewed form, and newcomer zweih finding his footing.
Team Spirit also made it through two tight matches with 2024 Player of the Year, donk, having an off day. If he can recover his incredible form that earned him an MVP award at IEM Cologne 2025, there’s a good chance they’ll lift the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 trophy.
Team Spirit roster:
- Danil “donk” Kryshkovets
- Dmitriy “sh1ro” Sokolov
- Myroslav “zont1x” Plakhotja
- Ivan “zweih” Gogin
- Leonid “chopper” Vishnyakov (IGL)
- Sergey “hally” Shavayev (Coach)
Team Vitality
BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 is the first event since MOUZ broke Team Vitality’s eight-tournament win streak in the Semifinals of IEM Cologne 2025. There is little doubt that Vitality could make it to the Grand Final, and possibly lift the trophy, with apEX’s men shaking off the loss.
In the Round of 32 and Round of 16 matches, Vitality looked incredibly strong. They reacted quickly on the server against NRG for a dominating 2-0 win and took down Brazilian side Legacy with relative ease in another 2-0. Star AWPer ZywOo and the brilliant ropz are both in top form, spearheading Vitality’s search for more trophies.
Team Vitality roster:
- Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut
- Robin “ropz” Kool
- Shahar “flameZ” Shushan
- William “mezii” Merriman
- Dan “apEX” Madesclaire (IGL)
- Rémy “XTQZZZ” Quoniam (Coach)
Astralis
In the Round of 32, Astralis impressed with a clean 2-0 win over Rare Atom, as their opponents could only win seven rounds across both maps. Astralis proceeded to shock viewers in the Round of 16, pulling off a reverse-sweep against NAVI to claim a spot in the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 Finals.
The addition of IGL Rasmus “HooXi” Nielsen on July 18 appears to have done wonders for the all-Danish lineup. However, the most frightening development for anyone who faces Astralis is the renewed form of the four-time Major Championship winner dev1ce. In the aforementioned win against NAVI, he put his AWP to good use, scoring a whopping 1.47 rating in the match, with a K-D of 55-32.
Consider Astralis making it to a podium finish ahead of the MOUZ or The MongolZ as our bold prediction for the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2 Finals.
Astralis roster:
- Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz
- Victor “Staehr” Staehr
- Martin “stavn” Lund
- Jakob “jabbi” Nygaard
- Rasmus “HooXi” Nielsen (IGL)
- Casper “ruggah” Due (Coach)
MOUZ
While slaying the giant known as Vitality at the IEM Cologne 2025 semifinals was a fantastic achievement, MOUZ seemed to disappear in the Grand Final, suffering a quick 3-0 loss against Team Spirit. The squad, led by Brollan, keeps falling short of greatness, with four 2nd-place finishes in top-tier events and four 3rd/4th-place finishes. Despite winning just one trophy (PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025), MOUZ remains a top-five team thanks to their immense consistency.
They did look a bit shaky against OG in a close 2-1 match during the Round of 32. The team rebounded with a solid 2-0 win over B8. If xertioN can keep up his tremendous form (1.50 rating across five maps at BLAST Bounty), MOUZ could make it to another podium finish.
MOUZ roster:
- Ádám “torzsi” Torzsás
- Dorian “xertioN” Berman
- Jimi “Jimpphat” Salo
- Lotan “Spinx” Giladi
- Ludvig “Brollan” Brolin (IGL)
- Dennis “sycrone” Nielsen (Coach)
